About BITM
A Centre for Learning, Development and Community Empowerment
Badlao Institute of Training and Management is an institution for management and leadership dedicated to strengthening the people, organisations and community systems that drive social transformation across Jharkhand.
Established as an offshoot of Badlao Foundation, BITM was created to address the need for skilled human resources capable of supporting rural development, institutional learning and sustainable community action.

BITM works with government departments, civil-society organisations and Panchayati Raj Institution functionaries through need-based learning and capacity-building programmes.
