Badlao Institute of Training and Management was established in 2009 as an offshoot of Badlao Foundation with the objective of preparing young people and development workers for the challenging task of rural transformation.
Over the years, BITM has provided training to people working in the social-development sector for the upliftment of underprivileged communities in Jharkhand.
