A Learning Space Built for Development Work
BITM's main office and learning centre is located at Arsandey, Kanke, Ranchi.
BITM has developed the facility as a learning and meeting space for development organisations, civil-society partners and community institutions.
The centre supports organisations that require an institutional environment for training, consultation, capacity building, workshops, seminars and residential learning activities.
BITM's training infrastructure can be used by partner organisations for both short-duration and residential programmes, helping bring learning, accommodation and programme support together in one institutional setting.

Participants and partner organisations may also have access to a residential training facility at Kewatjali, Gandhi Ashram, Mihijam.
The centre can support training, consultation and capacity-building requirements for different levels of functionaries.
The facility is situated near the scenic Maithon Dam region and is connected to the Howrah–Delhi railway route through Chittaranjan Railway Station.
