Badlao Institute of Management & Training (BITM) is a Grow up Committed Institution for develop Skilled Social worker & Training Center, registered in 2009 under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.

Newly created state of Jharkhand has to face many formidable tasks in village development. Rural areas have remained neglected in march towards prosperity and the fruit of development efforts made in the past have scarcely reached to them. The development machinery needed to motivate the farmers for their economic upliftment has to be rejuvenated and needs to have enthusiastic qualified manpower. Badlao Institute of Training and Management (BITM) was established as an offshoot of Badlao Foundation to meet the required skilled manpower for rural transformation. BITM aims to provide training to people interested in livelihood generation, awareness to health, education, economic transformation and social upliftment. It helps other organizations engaged in similar activities by allowing them to avail its own training related infrastructure facilities.

Over the years, BITM have been striving to promote development initiatives for the community towards sustainable livelihoods and poverty alleviation amongst dalits and marginalized ST/SC communities. The organization takes empowerment based participatory approach to bring a sustainable solution to their poverty. Based upon its futuristic vision, the organization contemplates action upon pro-people issues in an autonomous mode backed by the support and coordination from all like-minded individuals, organizations & Government development agencies with inspiration of Gandhian thoughts & J.P movement.
