BITM office and the main learning centre is located in Ranchi, the State Capital of Jharkhand at a distance of 15KM from Airport and 12 km. from Railway Station. The center is equipped with three separate class room to train and skill 60 participants at a time. It has accommodation to provide separate boarding and lodging facilities for male and female participants & facilities to hold executive meeting and workshops. The office is equipped with a composite compilation of Equipments i.e. Computers, Xerox machines, Fax, Telephone, Video Camera, VCR, TV, OHP.

Additionally, Participants and visitors at BITM can get access to the well-furnished and well-equipped Training Centre with residential facility for 160 persons at Kewatjali, Gandhi Ashram (Mihijam). Located at a distance of 5 KM from Chittaranjan railway station on Howrah-delhi main road and surrounded by scenic beauty of Maithon Dam the center is equipped to cater training, consultation and capacity building need of all level of functionaries.
